Option to limit to existing tags?

This has the potential to fill the tags list with a lot of tags, which may not be desired.

Would it be possible to have a configuration to limit this to only adding tags to a note if it finds the tag already exists in the tag list?

I second this. I'd love this plugin for my work environment where I'm tagging things based on technical problems. Being able to restrict tags to ones I've already created would be amazing!
