Add multiple language support

This is an issue for me, since I usually don't write in English :-) It always adds all articles and similar words from my native language as tags (similar to have tags a, the, this, and etc.

Quick fixes might be a blacklist of words, customizable by the user, and have a sort of minimal size (articles are usually 4 chars or less)
