Reset Work Item

Allow users to clear committed changes and recreate feature branch so that they can start from scratch without losing WI details such as title, description and assignee

Maybe just "clone work item", to another new branch, and let the user clean it up (remove some of it files) before strating work again ?

Cloning a work item in open mode would be perfect.
