Maybe you should start by integrating with existing CI/CD solutions ?

One idea would be to provide a reference template of Github actions approved by DevOps Centers. These could automatically be added to Work Items / repo feature branches to ensure they are used in every required situation.

Another suggestion would be to deploy CumulusCI Github actions, for Salesforce.org (or other) projects who also use CumulusCI for dev work.

Having it out of the box available would avoid dependency on other third-party tools like Jenkin . It would be great feature to add.
