Delete a Promoted Work Item

Open OakyRob opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Provide a declarative solution to delete a promoted Work Item. For example, I was working on a Flow and promoted it all the way to Staging, but found out it had a bug. I fixed the Flow on my Dev sandbox and promoted it under a new Work Item. I pushed the new Work Item to Release/Production, but now my old Work Item is still sitting in Staging and I have no plans on promoting it since it had a bug. Hi @OakyRob - We have implemented the Combine Work Items feature for this specific use case to prevent an old work item to sit still in a pipeline stage when a bug is found and a new WI is created to fix this.

We have setup the DevOps center a bit differently and this feature would be nice, so can cleanup all the work items, that we did not promote via DevOps center.
