Option to execute Validation on Promotion

Description I'd like to execute validation before deployment when promoting a work item o bundle. I consider it useful to check things like features enablement requirements, managed packages or apex coverage.

The solution can be like... Consider add options to Promotion screen to make a Validation, see screenshot. The validation result can result in an activity history entry with Validation details, very similar to the Promotion details.

@jotraverso Thanks for feedback. We have this on our roadmap and I'm hopeful we'll be able to get it in by the time we GA. This is a needed feature to provide change set replacement functionality, so it's a high priority for us.
