Unable to migrate work items to destination org

Describe the bug We have 7 work items in a project, each has different set of components. We are unable to move the 7 work items to the destination org due to "Changes unable to be merged" error.

Thank you @srihithacherukuri14 . You'll see this warning when the DevOps Center is told from GitHub that GitHub is still figuring out of the PR is "mergeable".

This can happen, for example, if your repository and branches have "mergeability rules" in place.

For each of the 7 PRs corresponding to the Work Items, would you please open the PR in GitHub and scroll to the bottom of the screen? That's the UI where GitHub will tell you if the PR is mergeable or not, like this:

Somewhere in one of those 7 PRs, one (or more) will probably have messaging around what the root problem is. Want to take a look and report back here, please?
