When a promotion fails, the failing WorkItem should be marked as failing in the PipeLine view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the "Production US" stage, "Promotion Failed" details show that the WI-000010 work item failed. There is nothing in this view to indicate that.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have the same "Promotion Failed" icon on the failing Work Item : this is useful in a scenario where I am deploying a multitude of Work Items of which only a few have failed.

@RupertBarrow I regret to say that this is a case where we failed from an accessibility standpoint. The work item is outlined in red here to indicate it's the one that failed. I saw in another post you indicating that you are colorblind. We'll get a bug filed to address this better with an icon or something similar.
