Hmm... this error means 'The driver files WinDivert32.sys or WinDivert64.sys were not found.' Do you extract all files? Try to put WinDivert64.sys to x64 folder (or, if you have 32 bit system, WinDivert32.sys to x86 folder)

why can't ping between two computer????

You need to fix config file (e.g. remove proxy and change ip addresses). Default config is just as an example
