If two hosts located in two different private networks (behind NATs) try to access each other, what configuration could be ?

One of host should be client, and there is no problem for NAT. Second host can be reached via port forwarding on router if possible (so, on first host you should use tunnelHost for this router. If it is not possible, you should use proxy server which can be reached by public ip and can reach second private computer.

If both computers located behind the NAT and there are no ability to use router port forwarding or proxy on any side — there are no ability to connect. In future, I can try to implement it by proxy (this proxy can be installed on separate public server), but currently proxy cannot work in this mode (when both computers connect to it, currently only one side can connect to proxy, and proxy transfers packets to other side).
