View and export options that should not be selectable

After querying by word or phrase pattern, the options "Display annotations as flat table" and "Display properties as columns" are selectable but result in the message "your result does not contain annotated occurrences" (if one selects "Group by tag path" then results are displayed). It would be better if these options were not selectable for the relevant types of results. If one sees the above-mentioned message one can still choose one of the export options, but an empty file is generated. Therefore these export options should also be disabled when appropriate.
