Annotate: Tags don't get displayed in some cases

On opening a new Document in Annotate the Tags don't appear in the Tags section on the right, the tree table looks a bit broken as the column headers disappear as well. This happens in Chrome and Edge but not in Firefox if the Tags section is "too" small or at least smaller than a certain size. As a workaround: It is possible to drag the vertically dividing slider of the left so that the Tags appear. A drag to the right doesn't make them disappear again.
