is the use of local password dumps planed?

To be able not to use the remote API but to provide a local copy of the leaked passwords it would be helpful to be able to provide this through the python script, or not?

Not having to deal with that 10gb 7zip file was one of my goals with this script :) But I'll consider it if I have time (in the meantime PRs are always welcome)
