Add translated guide (English)

Hi foostan,

Thanks for making the mkbd tutorial! As a KiCad noob, it really helped me a lot.

I thought it would be helpful to include a translated guide in English into the main repo. I used Google Translate and made sure the formatting was consistent with the original. Images were not translated.
