Enlarge switch pin hole to 1.5mm for solder pcb / light version for Mill Max socketing

The light version switch hole (specifically the lower pin) can't fit Mill Max receptacle for hotswap socketing. They only works for holes >= 1.5mm (https://www.mill-max.com/products/receptacle/0305).

This at least allows user who prefer a simpler PCB (without LED) still have the option for hotswapping switches via Mill Max.

I think that it's better to use a general footprint for MX. OK, I'll update the light version, thanks.
