JLCPCB Pick & Place File (HOTSWAP PCB)

When uploading the Cornelius Hotswap PCB Gerber archive to JLCPCB, and inputing the data to the Bill of Materials tab, JLCPCB complains that the CPL file is missing a row:

The below parts won't be assembled due to data missing.
J1 designator don't exist in the CPL file.
