Visualization problems with Bootstrap 4

Hi there!

I am using Bootstrap 4.1.3 in a recent project, but I realized that pagination and filter buttons are not being showing correctly.

Any ideas to solve this matter? Is the next update compliant with bootstrap 4?

The page is also fixed. What I have not gotten is to put the header search engine on the right, currently it appears on the left, but that is lesser evil.

Thanks again for the source update, would you know anything about how to change the actual style of the underlying buttons for Edit and delete? My screen doesn't look very good the way they render, and using the class and style in the jquery has no effect..

Hey Pablo, I'm also interested by your bootstrap 4, I'm going to send you an email, but could you create a codepen maybe (easier than a pull request), so that every body can "grab" the code without asking you (more efficient). Thanks anyway for sharing your findings.
