Instructions missing on creating & copying TRIP.OBJ

First, you need to create the EGAVGA.OBJ file. Use the BGIOBJ.EXE file in TC\BGI to compile it with BGIOBJ EGAVGA

This line from the readme is missing instructions to run BGIOBJ TRIP and copy the resulting object file into the VGAPride directory. I noticed this today while trying to build VGAPride in preparation for testing my depacker replacement, see https://github.com/foone/VGAPride/issues/4
