Legacy of Goku II Incorrect Unicode Character Mappings

Many of the Unicode "special characters" listed on the right side seem to be "off by one" according to the ordering of the buttons that insert them. This affects most of the lowercase letters, from ä (which appears as ã) to ü (which appears as û).
