Adwords Conversion Value Shipping and Tax

The configuration section "Google Universal Analytics by Fooman" has the options "Exclude Shipping from Conversion Total" and "Exclude Tax from Conversion Total". These configuration values are, if I see correctly, never used. For what are they supposed to be?

It would be good to have such configuration values for the Adwords conversion value in the "Google Adwords Conversion by Fooman" section. The getValue method should then use different fields:

shipping no, tax no => subtotal
shipping no, tax yes => subtotal_incl_tax
shipping yes, tax no => grand_total - tax_amount
shipping yes, tax yes => grand_total

What do you think about it?

Sounds sensible having this for Adwords as well.
