TTS Broken (app crashes) when certain other apps are installed

Attempting to start a text-to-speech on Android 13 will cause Librera to crash consistently whenever the device has certain apps also installed.

Examples of apps which cause this behavior:

• Amazon Prime Video - Play Store Link
• Amazon Kindle - Play Store Link

The apps do not have to be running for this behavior to exhibit. It is also not only certain Amazon apps being installed which causes this behavior.

While I don't have debug logs for this crash at the moment, it's consistently reproducible. This is an issue even on the latest release.
