Update Changelog URL on F-droid and the app

Currently the link on the app's page is pointed to: https://librera.mobi/wiki/what-is-new/ but that throws an error. The actual page is at https://librera.mobi/what-is-new/.

I have also noticed it's not the correct URL in the app.
