I'm also experiencing this problem (Pixel 4a, Android 11).

Viewing chapter 1 with Librera:

(It looks similar on every other reader I've tried)

The image width is set to 20% in the CSS file.

Same issue here with latest beta 8.4.49, on both my Pixel 3 running Android 12 and Samsung Galaxy Tab on LineageOS 17. These img tags containing svg always appear much larger than the text, whatever style I use.

Epub is available here: https://www.hacking-social.com/2022/01/16/en-toute-puissance-en-epub-et-a-ecouter-en-live/

Edit: I replaced all SVGs in the above epub with PNGs, and they are displayed in the right size. But custom CSS still doesn't seem to apply.

I think this is similar to #890

that issue is marked as resolved, but I'd definitely like to see librera not ignoring so much css styling. at the moment, it's my only real issue with the app, but it's not a minor one for me.
