"Load last book at startup" only if incomplete

It would be a small but nice quality-of-life improvement if the "Load last book at startup" feature avoided opening a book I finished in the last session (i.e. is at 100% position) -- I would expect the common desire here to be starting a new book, and this also ends up nudging the last read date of the previous book to today.
