Allow the user to specify the length of the generated .wav/.mp3 files (in minutes)

Currently, when using the "Record TTS (MP3, WAV)" function, 1 minute long audio files are created. For large books, this is too short. It would be comfortable to use audio files at least 10 minutes long.
