Link to archive version of angusj clipper pages

Since sometime in the past years, the original clipper pages have been removed from angusj. Use a version provided by archive.org instead.

Note that the pydoc docstrings will also need to be updated (e.g., pydoc pyclipper.Pyclipper.Execute links to the 404'd page http://www.angusj.com/delphi/clipper/documentation/Docs/Units/ClipperLib/Classes/Clipper/Methods/Execute.htm. If there's interest in this PR, I can offer a 2nd one with the rest of the links updated to use archive.org.
