Pop out cells

I wrote this as an experiment, anyone should feel free to continue working on it! The first step is to try it out and make a list of TODOs.

Try it out!

julia> ]
pkg> activate --temp
pkg> add Pluto#pop-out
julia> import Pluto; Pluto.run()

Love it! Out of my mind:

• [ ] Move cells around (with transform 🌠💫)
• [ ] hide shoulder
• [ ] save that info somewhere (URL?)?

When I try

julia> ]
pkg> activate --temp
pkg> add Pluto#pop-out
julia> import Pluto; Pluto.run() 

I get a blank page. Body tag just has

<pre></pre>

in it. I'm not sure what I'm doing incorrectly.
