Is it possible to have continuous scrolling of pdfs, rather than page by page?

Possible, but as it currently stands a lot of work, so not a priority for me. I will keep it on my todo list though, just at the very back :).

I happily accept any PRs, but I think it will require quite some fiddling. I don't know how rendering hundreds of pages onto canvases and instead of always just rendering the current page will affect performance/loading time.
