Quick insert as text and image missing in Anki 2.1.45

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. In Anki 2.1.45, no longer shows the "image" and "insert" icons and buttons within the fields

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Quick Open and Open a PDF'
2. Select any text within the PDF
3. See the card fields

Expected behavior Like in Anki 2.1.44 and before, it was expected to show the quick insert and quick insert as an image within the field boxes

Screenshots I do not have screenshot of previous version but if required I can show what I mean

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 V21H2 Build 22000.100
• Anki version: Version ⁨2.1.45 (355e66e8)⁩ Python 3.8.6 Qt 5.14.2 PyQt 5.14.2

I understand if you're no longer inclined, but it was a great feature! I did use it quite a lot, and if it's possible I'd love for it to see the day again.

The shortcut CTRL + field number works fine, so I guess this is just a UI element issue from the new update.
