TransactionID max characters length

I had a problem generating PIX code when I used UUID as transaction ID, it was showing that the code was wrong.

What I found: * max length is 25 characters * Only alphanumeric, numbers and letters(Upper and Lower)

I think, this validation is good to be applied!
