Usage Install Docs Error Versioning 3.4 / 4.1

Following the usage / installation instructions on README didn't work, resulting in version errors.

I had to use this in gemfile instead, maybe you missed this doc update in your commit?

gem "jekyll-theme-hydeout", "~> 4.1"

I was running into this same error, thanks for helping me fix it. I agree, seems like the README instructions are currently wrong.
