Add a generic media_player device for Spotify showing media if any device is playing music
Use Case
Hi, i would to like to switch completely to the Spotcast integration. The only thing missing, is a "generic" media_player which shows which track is being played on any of my devices. I am using right now the Spotify integration in parallel, to be able to see what music is generally being played.
Could the Spotcast generic device have a general mediaplayer? which shows media if ANY of the devices is playing music? (i hope it didn't miss this somewhere)
Here my media player UI, which is always active when any device is playing back music. The top text is showing where its being played.

Maybe a generic media_player could be added to the Profile Spotcast entity, in my case "Spotcast Mika"
@mikas I'm not a fan of replicating something that already exist, is there a reason the spotify integration isn't working for this use case?
