Added Sticker blocking to messages

Duplicates the css for replacing Stickers with "[sticker]" in the Facebook messenger (both on https://www.facebook.com/ and https://www.facebook.com/messages/).

I actually like stickers in messenger! At the risk of quadrupuling the length of this PR, I'd totally accept it if it was gated behind an option. Otherwise, feel free to publish it yourself :)

So I just added an options page. It didn't really add too much more to it, but it was a fun challenge. Please let me know if this is more to your taste XD
