Tools required like VS extensions, version of MonoDroid, Mono etc.

Good point - the whole project needs documentation. Right now I'm working on a tutorial/workshop material for the ROOTs conference in Bergen next week. All this will be published and will provide value in a way to understand the structure of the project.

In addition the project needs basic getting started/how to build documentation.
