New GraphQL implementation

Hello Maintainers,

We have been working on a new PHP implementation of the GraphQL specification and we are closing in on a version 1.0 release. I just wanted to stop by and mention this to see if you're interested in teaming up with us.

@kikoseijo Depends on what you mean by that. We do have initial support for subscriptions, but we haven't written a WebSocket server implementation (yet) that would allow you to use subscriptions with e.g. the Apollo client. This is, however, something we are going to need at some point.
