See #662, in transparent theme, highlight Normal is diff from NormalFloat, Trouble always uses NormalFloat.

Describe the solution you'd like

Trouble can have a better normal highlight default. Regular window defaults to Normal, floating window defaults to NormalFloat.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Reset local highlight when calling Trouble.
