Trouble v3 makes use of vim.uv , which is exclusive to Neovim 0.10: https://github.com/neovim/neovim/issues/27957

Steps To Reproduce

Install Neovim 0.9.5 Install Trouble v3 Try to open trouble

Expected Behavior

Trouble opens
