fix: update missing `,` in the default options in the README.md

Noticed that when copying all the default options directly into my config.

The defaults definitely tripped me up when I copy-pasted them after just skimming!

Development on the main branch is EOL.

Trouble has been rewritten and will be merged in main soon.

This issue/feature either no longer exists or has been implemented on dev.
