Poor interaction with fzf `:Files`

Reproduction steps:

If the trouble window opens while the fzf :Files window is open, focus is returned to the buffer, not the FZF window. This leaves the FZF window open, and it's somewhat difficult to return focus to it.

Desired behavior:

The trouble window should open in the background and return focus to the FZF window.
