Please increase brightness of line numbers in gutter

The default color for relative line numbers in the gutter (the fg_gutter color) is similar enough to the background color that it's quite hard to read the line numbers.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like a little bit more contrast between the fg_gutter color and the background. For example, here's what I got when I bumped it up from #3b4261 to #434a6a:

I eventually settled on bumping the luminosity up just a little bit more, getting #505878 which was bright enough to read while still dark enough to stay unobtrusive:

Describe alternatives you've considered

I switched my default tokyonight style from "moon" to "night" and found it to be slightly better, as #3b4261 stood out a little more against the darker background of the "night" style, but it still wasn't enough. I had to bump the fg_gutter color up by about 10% more luminosity before I could comfortably read the relative line numbers at a glance.

This was brought up before in https://github.com/folke/tokyonight.nvim/issues/52 but the original reporter closed the issue without a PR being made.

https://github.com/folke/tokyonight.nvim/issues/70 is also related; there, the issue reporter mentioned that he didn't want to increase the brightness of fg_gutter. Whereas I would like to ask that fg_gutter's brightness be increased, just a little.

Why can't you just increase it yourself with a manual override to that highlight group?

I did increase it myself, but I thought others might not like the too-dark default and might appreciate a PR that brightens up the default a smidgeon.
