add windows terminal to extras

• Added a template file for Windows Terminal Color Scheme
• Commited rest of the files in extras that changed upon regeneration with the command in the readme
• Removed the comment string to avoid GitHub errors (Windows Terminal supports it)

I just pushed a big update, so would be great if you could merge the upstream changes. it. I also noticed that you comitted extra files, not related to windows terminal. Please remove those.

Extra generation also changed a bit. So please check the docs at the bottom for the new command.
