ColorColumn basically invisible with Storm theme

Currently using the storm theme, I can't see the ColorColumn (here set cc=50), it should go through the h of night and the g of tokyonight.

Maybe setting it to something like bg_highlight for the night theme looks fine? I don't think it'll work for the storm theme. Here the night theme with bg_highlight (set cc=50 as above):

Maybe this is this way since #72 and 1ea6950, I've just noticed a couple of weeks ago and now only found the time to check why it went missing.

@ner0-m I think this might be resolved by now. I see a clear (darker than bg) ColorColumn in tokyonight-storm.
