feat(dashboard): Add optional filter table to projects section

Description

I like to have the projects visible in the dashboard. However since I can fast access my config with the c shortcut, I don't need the ~/.config/nvim folder in the projects list below.

I came up with a solution to pass a filter via the projects section to the oldfiles() call. What do you think? I am quite new in Lua programming.
