feature: gh snack - close/resolve comment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

gh snack allows to add a comment, and it also allows to close an issue/pr. However I cannot find a way to close/resolve a comment.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide another option to review comments to be able to close/resolve that conversation (not the whole PR, just that comment)
