Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is quite useful to know from where a message was triggered as sometimes this information is lacking from the message itself, esp if error (for example: <CMD> without <CR> is without context , though might be a bit completed ).

Describe the solution you'd like

if it is possible to print stack trace of error (either from lua /vim ) . And if not , maybe originated line in vim/lua is possible at least if echom was called. Could be in debug window.
