feature: Telescope integration/style copy

Just a visual issue.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like for noice to be an actual telescope prompt, or at least look identical to it. The type that has the prompt at the bottom, and results at top, tabbing in reverse. Kind of like this plugin (that one does not provide enough features). The point is to be consistent with the rest of the popup stuff in my config.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried styling the view, but it's pretty much impossible for me.

• The position settings are always relative to top of the window.
• [Therefore] Resizing the window produces displaced results.
• Results scroll only from top to bottom.

Additional context

Doesn't have to have real-time results, as I read that this can't be done (I wonder, why). Just styling.
