feature: load all plugins when running checkhealth

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Once all modules have been made lazy or triggered via filetype/keyboard/etc. the checkhealth only runs on those plugins that are currently loaded.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if the checkhealth without parameters maybe loaded all modules before running if possible
