[feat] Provide an option to use esbuild-wasm

• A strong use case for this is yarn 2 and plug-n-play architecture with zero-installs.
• It would also give us a way to use esbuild-runner in environments like Stackblitz's web containers

If we could use either esbuild or esbuild-wasm, that would be very helpful.
