Fixes #59 I haven't used this before but it seems like a *really* easy fix for #59 🤔
I'm trying to workaround #36 for `.mts` files.
I am guessing that many, like myself, would like to use esbuild-runner in their Typescript tool chain. It would be very useful for people who want to try things out...
