Ability to load zone-files

Might be nice to be able to load zone-files and offer local versions of a DNS zone, or use it to provide local answers.

Similar when using format = hosts in blocklist-v2 to provide local answers. Zone-files is a commonly used format to supply this (mostly authoritatie servers).

Either a format = zone can be added to blocklist-v2 or a type = zone to groups is my thinking.

No hurries on this, but I think it would be a nice feature that will be utilized if availble.
